Our organic vineyard of 11 hectares is partly coming from an ancient heritage of winemakers, our vineyard is composed of vines that give AOP Pic Saint Loup Coteaux du Languedoc wines and IGP Pays d'Oc wines.

     Small plots of wineyard are planted with different grape varieties such as Syrah, Cabernet, Grenache, Cinsault, Mourvèdre, Marsanne, Roussane, Ugni Blanc, Grenache Blanc traditionally cultivated and trellising in organic agriculture.

     It is an area of garrigue,  oaks, Aleppo pines and hills planted with vineyards on clay and limestone soil.

The terroir of the Pic St Loup combines a range of smells, flavors and typical Mediterranean colors (oak, pine, thyme, bay laurels, rosemary, cade, cistus) with an exceptional climate that provides wines of quality. Our harvests contribute to elaborate the wines produced by the winery of Saint Mathieu de Tréviers, which are often medalists at major national contests. 

    Part of our vintage is elaborated in our cellar located in the middle of our wineyard, the rest is produced and bottled by the winery "Vignobles des 3 Châteaux" from Saint Mathieu de Tréviers F-34, we invite you to taste the whole panel of our wines in our cellar in St Jean de Cuculles.
     In an outstanding setting, at the crossroads between heritage, tradition and sharing, you will be wellcome to discover the vineyards and taste the wines.
